Overview
All ticket sales for the convention, including general admission, VIP passes, and special event entries, are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credit transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to travel delays, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Photo Ops and Guest Appearances:
While guest appearances are confirmed in advance, all schedules are subject to change due to professional commitments. In the event that a guest is unable to attend the convention, all pre-purchased Photo Op tickets for that specific guest will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Please note that a guest cancellation does not entitle the holder to a refund for their general admission convention ticket.
